1. Services Overview & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BirunAI platform, AI agent services, web applications, integrations, and associated APIs (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must register for an account using Auth0 or supported identity providers to access the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and session tokens, and for all activities occurring under your account.
• You must immediately notify us at support@birunai.com of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use BirunAI to:

• Generate, transmit, or promote illegal, harmful, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, user accounts, or connected third-party toolkits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit API endpoints or proprietary system prompt instructions.
• Circumvent token limits, rate limit controls, or subscription payment mechanisms.
• Execute unauthorized automated actions through external integrations that violate third-party terms of service.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

• BirunAI offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Payment processing and billing lifecycle management are handled securely via Polar.sh.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is disabled prior to the renewal date.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property & AI Outputs

• AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the outputs generated. However, due to the nature of generative AI, outputs may not be unique, and other users may generate similar content.
• Platform IP: BirunAI retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, logos, trademarks ("BirunAI", "Act Everywhere"), UI designs, and underlying agent architecture.
